The carbonation is very fine and doesn’t lead to that urge to belch. Riesling is not typically found in sparkling wine, so that’s interesting. The flavour I keyed on was a toss-up between kiwi and tangerine, but I settled on the citrus in the end. It’s nice, refreshing, and easy to drink.

Great with or without food. I was sipping this on a rainy lazy Sunday afternoon. The winemaker did a really good job balancing the acid. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, but a good wine overall.

When looking for a Sauvignon Blanc I’d typically go New Zealand but this Organic, non-GMO vegan wine from Chile is a hit for the price point. Light-medium body, extra dry with a lime zest finish.
First thing notice is how inviting the smell is. Bright and clean taste with a nice balanced aftertaste. Light touch of pepper makes it very interesting! Summer crowd pleaser & patio sipper. Organic wine bonus points.

The word “tart” shows up a lot in the wine world. It can be good when balanced against other flavours. Tartness usually shows up in the after taste or finish of the wine as part of other notes. This wine is just plain tart, almost sour. It’s just there and not balanced against anything.
The label is certainly creative.
