Citrus, Green Apple, Floral
Charcuterie, Rissoto, Roasted Potatoes
It’s a nice little wine, fresh with slight acid making it a bit tart in a good way. The citrus (mostly lemon) is pretty apparent right away. The floral scents showed up once the wine warmed up a bit.
For the same price point, I’d recommend our recent 5-star discovery from Portugal
It’s a solid table wine which I would definitely cook with. Remember, don’t cook with wine you don’t like. Cooking only intensifies the things you don’t like about the wine.
Apricot, Peach, Lemon
Garden Salad, Fajitas, Rice & Beans
We don’t know what variety of grapes is in this blend, but we do know it’s really good. The wine is light and crisp, very easy sipping wine. There is something tropical but also familiar about the flavours. I settled on peach, but you might get pineapple. Would definitely buy again.
Besides it being an amazing value find – this wine is well balanced, has a nice crisp acidity and ends with a slightly tart finish which I enjoyed. Notes of: pear, white grapefruit & light mineral content.
